What is QHHT?

QHHT® (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is a remarkable tool that enables us to access the vast source of knowledge within ourselves. This transformative method was developed and refined by Dolores Cannon, a trailblazing hypnotist, author, and teacher. Nearly 50 years ago, D. Cannon embarked on her exploration of sacred knowledge and reincarnation, meticulously perfecting her QHHT® method of hypnosis. By creating a safe and effective approach that bypasses the distractions of the conscious mind, QHHT® focuses on obtaining profound insights through the deepest state of relaxation. This state allows individuals to access information across time and space, revisit past lives, and uncover answers to challenges in their current life, facilitating the release of blockages and promoting personal growth.

Whether one believes in past lives or not, QHHT® is an extraordinary technique that helps quiet the mind and connect with an all-knowing aspect of the Self—referred to in various traditions as the Subconscious, Higher Self, Oversoul, Source, or Soul. Cannon’s method involves guiding individuals into the deepest state of trance using visualization. This state, characterized by a Theta brainwave frequency, is typically experienced twice a day: just before waking and just before falling asleep. In this deeply relaxed state, forgotten knowledge, hidden memories, and creative ideas lie waiting to be uncovered. QHHT® allows clients to explore these insights, find answers to critical questions, and unlock the extraordinary potential of the human experience.

I am a certified QHHT® level2 hypnosis practitioner. I like this method because it gives us the opportunity to talk directly, in a dialogue, with the all-knowing part of us and get answers to the questions that may trouble you. You, Yourself, answer them directly from the Subconscious, and I, your hypnotist, am only your guide through this wonderful experience of self-knowledge.

There are 5 different brainwave frequencies that naturally switch from one to another throughout the day, from the most active to the least active. These brainwave frequencies are:

(~30 Hz and above) Gamma – the brain frequency of high awareness, sharp perception, and the ability to focus. These waves are active during intense mental activity, working or studying, and processing large amounts of information.

(~13 - 30 Hz) Beta – the brainwave frequency of strong engagement, concentration, alertness, logical thinking (thinking, conversations, presentations, analyses, discussions, etc.).

(~8 - 12 Hz) Alpha – the first level of relaxation. A relaxing, gently meditative brainwave frequency (walking in the garden, listening to calm music, praying, closing your eyes and resting, watching TV for a longer period of time, passively browsing social media, etc.).

(4 - 8 Hz) Theta – the deepest level of relaxation. This is the frequency I work with using the QHHT® method. This frequency of brain activity occurs in the moments of waking up and falling asleep: in the morning, when you wake up and still remember your dream, and in the evening, when you lie down, relax, close your eyes, the sounds in the room disappear and your heart rate slows down, and you start to see images just before falling asleep. In the theta state, activity is usually generated by the right hemisphere of the brain, which is responsible for intuition, the Subconscious and memories of the past.

 

Therefore, this state is closely related to intuitive functions, deep relaxation, creativity and Self-knowledge. Each person experiences this state uniquely - some through images, others through feelings, intuition, others through symbols, etc.

 

(up to 4 Hz) Delta – sleep, psychological recovery processes and rest (dreamless night's sleep, complete deep rest).

My story

I have always been deeply fascinated by nature, spirituality, and metaphysics for as long as I can remember. The scientific explanations of reality never fully satisfied me, as I struggled to define my body and existence purely in terms of blood circulation regulated by pressure, neural connections, or oxygen consumption through involuntary respiration. To me, such descriptions felt overly mechanical and devoid of the essential magic that I sensed in life. There had to be something more — a kind of magic that I could feel coursing through my body every day, which I call life.

From an early age, I felt a profound connection to nature, spending countless hours wandering through the woods, observing the natural cycles. My journey of discovery led me to immerse myself in spirituality and personal growth. I devoured books on these topics, started a podcast where I had the privilege of speaking with extraordinary researchers from diverse fields.

However, despite years of exploration through art and conversation, I often felt disconnected from the deeper, first-hand spiritual experience I sought. My mind was filled with chatter, doubt, and insecurity, and I struggled with fear, anxiety, and a sense of being lost. No matter how much I studied spirituality, I couldn’t seem to embody it in my daily life.​

 

That changed when I discovered Sarah Breskman's books (a QHHT® practitioner and writer). It was a moment of serendipity — one of her books practically fell into my hands, and I immediately knew it was exactly what I had been searching for. QHHT® offered a way to access the vast inner knowledge I had always yearned for, opening the door to harmony in both my life and art.

 

Soon after, I experienced my first QHHT® session in London, which was nothing short of life-changing. The effects have continued to unfold like a beautiful, multidimensional flower, expanding my understanding of the world and my place in it. QHHT® allowed me to connect directly with my Higher Self — the part of me that holds all the answers and reveals life through a lens of trust, magic, and peace. It grounded me, gave me clarity, and finally brought me the sense of knowing I had been seeking for so long.

 

Now, as a certified QHHT® practitioner myself, I am eager to help others on their journeys to see this magic for themselves. Each client brings me immense joy as I witness the profound wisdom, love, and knowledge expressed through their Higher Selves. This practice has also elevated my art to an entirely new level. I now create from a place of Theta and Alpha brainwaves, where my mind is quiet, and the purity of images flows effortlessly onto the canvas.

A whole QHHT® session usually is from 4 to 6 hours. The duration is variable because every client is unique and different. So it is advisable to not have anything planned after the session to help you to relax and not to worry about any plans.

Structure of the session: 2-3 hours of interview, 2 hours hypnosis part and 30min-1hour after talk.

The very instant you made a wish to have a QHHT® session with me, a magical journey began!

 

Up until the session day you may notice some symbols in the environment, some interesting dreams or downloads may occur or you may already get answers to your questions just by paying attention to your surroundings and thoughts. Since you have made intention for this beautiful experience, our Higher Selfs are already communicating and getting ready for it to happen. A wonderful and magical time!

During the session, you will be able to ask up to 10 questions that concern you. They are about things that are important to you: health, career, relationships, important events, other. It is not advisable to have more than 10 questions, we may simply not have time to go through them all, because the session time is limited. Have your questions written down by hand on a piece of paper (not on your phone or tablet) - we will look at them during the conversation, you do not need to send them before the session.

A day before the session day: have a nourishing but not too heavy dinner. Try to avoid alcohol, too much smoking. Have a nice refreshing sleep and enjoy the good mood, because an amazing experience awaits!


Session day: have a nourishing but not too heavy meal. Try to avoid coffee, green tea or other toning stimulants. There would not be any time for eating during the session, but you can bring dry fruits or nuts to snack during the interview part. As less of important plans this day apart the session, the better. Allow this day to flow naturally and do not plan anything ahead that may cause stress to help you fully relax and not to think about anything that may await you. The best is to have this day free and only for a session.

 

After the session: for three days after the session drink lots and lots of water. Drinking water is important to help body to cleanse and rejuvenate. Also have a warm, nourishing meal right after the session to help you ground yourself. During the session, as your body relaxes and regenerates, it may release emotions and anything it no longer needs while undergoing an energy rebalance. Because of this, you may feel a sense of lightness or slight heaviness, this experience is different for each person. Most people rebalance quickly, while for others, it may take a few extra days. This is completely natural, and any symptoms will pass soon. Drinking water, resting, taking Epsom salt baths, massages, being in nature, allowing to release emotions and listening to the session recording will relieve and let them go.


A day after the session: allow it to flow naturally. If possible, try not to jump into important plans straight away.

 

Recording. The hypnosis segment of your session is being recorded in audio format and given to a client. Revisiting your session recording multiple times in the days, weeks, and even months ahead plays a key role in the experience of the Dolores Cannon method of QHHT. It is important to listen to the recording of your session to facilitate a further healing. Recorded in Alpha and Theta brainwave frequencies, it will allow you to tap into this calming and healing state and further facilitate the desired changes in your life.


Important! Do not listen the recording while driving or during activities, that require a lot of your attention as it may get you sleepy. It is advised to listen to it when you are relaxed and are not engaged in dynamic activities.

The price of the session: 200 EUR

You really would love to have a session, but are not able to pay a full price at the moment? No worries, please contact me and we will see what we can do to help you.

Most of the time, only one session is enough for a person, there is no need to repeat it again. The client takes away the audio recording, which can be listened  to as many times as needed. In rare cases, if a lot of information is received during the session and we don't have time to go through it all, if client wishes, he/she can sign up for a second session again.
